McAdams Academy is a behavioral program that uses a classroom format to deliver treatment. They accept kids who have been expelled, suspended long-term, or are in foster care but not attending school. They provide a safe and structured learning environment for for kids who struggle with emotional and behavioral disorders. Students receive seven hours of therapy each day while they continue their education with licensed teachers and behavioral specialists through an accredited curriculum. Blue Sky Ranch works alongside fatherless teenage boys in our community offering consistent, Christ-centered mentorship, trade training, outdoor experiences, and life skills development. Through healing interactions with horses in Equine-Assisted Learning, boys begin to build trust, process emotional wounds, and grow in confidence. Many are carrying deep hurt and growing up without the love and direction of a father. At the Ranch, they are reminded they are not forgotten - they are seen, known, and loved by a Heavenly Father who gave them identity and hope.
